Primary Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategic Planning:
Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for expansion and develop comprehensive strategies to capture market in Dallas.
Business Development:
Lead initiatives to establish and cultivate relationships with key leads, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, to drive business growth and maximize market penetration.
Team Building and Leadership:
Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of professionals dedicated to achieving divisional goals. Provide ongoing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to foster a culture set by Harrison contracting's core values.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Collaborate with the sales team to set ambitious but achievable sales targets for the Dallas market. Implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure seamless execution of all operational activities, including project management, resource allocation, and performance tracking. Continuously optimize processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Customer Relationship Management:
Prioritize customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and support.
Proactively address customer needs and concerns to maintain strong client relationships and drive repeat business based on our quality of standards.
Financial Management:
Work closely with Leadership to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the Dallas division. Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure profitability.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successfully growing businesses and expanding market presence, preferably in the Dallas area.
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
Experience in sales, business development, and or operations, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Knowledge of the paint industry and relevant certifications would be a plus.
