    Job DescriptionSalary:

The senior financial analyst's responsibilities include­­ assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership. As a senior financial analyst, you will also be responsible for providing project teams with financial guidance and assisting with monthly close processes.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Lead and prepare annual budget files for review with senior management.
    • Support on 3–5-year financial plan preparation and updates.
    • Support implementation of new quarterly latest estimate (budget update) process for 2025.
    • Partner with all department budget heads for budget preparation.
    • Manage 13-week cash flow forecast updates weekly for review and research.
    • Understanding key business drivers.
    • Assisting project teams with financial guidance.
    • Performing research and analysis as required.
    • Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
    • Fulfill and manage ad hoc requests including complex analysis as requested by Senior Management and projects requiring cross-functional coordination.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills and Abilities:

    • Working knowledge of financial strategies.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting.
    • Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
    • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
    • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
    • Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP)

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
    • Relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus.

    Supervision Required: Minimal.

    Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
