    Job Title: Retail Merchandiser

    Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills? Do you have experience in retail or sales and enjoy working independently? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you as a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser at Hallmark.

    The Role:
    You will be responsible for servicing stores within your assigned territory, which includes creating and maintaining displays, restocking inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work independently to showcase your time management skills, establish relationships with local store teams, and optimize product placement. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines will be crucial to success in this role.

    Your Responsibilities:
    1. Day-to-day engagement: Restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
    2. Holiday support: Provide additional support during peak holiday seasons, including extended hours and weekends.
    3. Department Resets: Participate in team efforts to install and reset card sections, build and install fixtures, and relocate card departments.


    Physical Requirements: This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. You must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • 18 years of age or older.
    • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
    • Able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
    • Access to Wi-Fi network and internet.
    • Reliable transportation to report to assigned locations.
