Ware Malcomb is hiring an Architecture Project Manager in our Pleasanton officeArchitectural Project Managers are responsible for the management of entire projects, from start to finish including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation and construction services.

You will be responsible for leading consultants, internal resources, overseeing the development of contract documents, adhering to budgets, facilitating contracts, construction site representation, and are a primary client contact throughout the life of a project.

Project Manager Requirements:

7+ years of Experience Managing Commercial and/or Industrial Architecture Projects (warehouse distribution centers and manufacturing facility project experiencepreferred)Working knowledge of Code Reviews, Construction Plan Sets, Technical Detailing, CPM Schedule DevelopmentExposure to Workplans and Financial Tracking of ProjectsExcellent Communication SkillsManage and Support a Team of Junior StaffAbility to be a Team Player and Work IndependentlyAutoCAD and Revit Proficiency RequiredGreat AttitudeEstablished in 1972, Ware Malcomb is a contemporary and expanding full service design firm providing professional architecture, planning, interior design, civil engineering, branding and building measurement services to corporate, commercial/residential developer and public/institutional clients throughout the world.
