    Make an ImpactWe're looking for a sharp and energetic Integrated Marketing Coordinator to support marketing strategy and execution for Fossil Group in the Americas.

    The right candidate will be highly motivated, willing to learn, and passionate about marketing.
    This position is responsible for supporting the Luxury Integrated Marketing team across a select group of brands. This position reports to the Sr. Specialist and supports overall execution, calendar, process management, and recap reporting.


    Primary Responsibilities:


    Support the Integrated Marketing Team by running the day-to-day execution of promotional and seasonal campaigns and assisting in planning of future campaigns.

    Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful marketing campaigns inclusive of CRM, website, promotions, media, influencers, PR, etc.

    Own the marketing calendars (GTM, creative timelines) for campaign timing and deadlinesAssist with developing creative marketing briefs for omnichannel execution Stay up-to-date with the competitive environment and marketing landscape to translate those into proactive, actionable recommendations/ideas for the businessHelp with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting data pulls, gathering insight from our current and past marketing efforts Own and submit all necessary Workfront jobs (project management tool)Traffic creative assets to the digital marketing team, wholesale accounts Develop and maintain standards guide sites for both MICHELE & Zodiac Build and maintain strong relationships with internal cross-functional departments and global marketing partnersParticipate in the team's bigger picture strategic work including brainstorms, campaign performance reviews, competitive analysesParticipate in team meetings including weekly cross-functional collaboration meetings, status meetings, business reviews, etc.
