- Design and develop SAP Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Analytics, SAP SuccessFactors People Stories, and HR Data Visualization.
- Collaborate with HR leaders and internal/external partners to identify business requirements, define scope, perform analysis, and develop specifications.
- Develop data models, perform ETL processes, and create visualizations for HR key performance indicators.
- Act as the primary contact for system-related issues and operational activities.
- Lead design and maintenance of HR content, project management, and web-based tools development.
- Stay updated on HR Technology advancements.
- Be available for after-hours critical system support as needed.
- 10+ years of experience in HR analytics.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP analytics.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, AI, statistics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of HR analytics experience.
- Fortune 500 HR department experience.
