Job summary
We are seeking an American Sign Language Manager to help lead and grow our rapidly expanding Video OnDemand ASL service.This role is at the center of a 24/7 operation—driving reliable coverage, smart scheduling, and strong fill rates while partnering closely with operations and recruitment to shape future staffing and boost interpreter engagement.
You'll use data, technology, and relationship-building to keep things running smoothly,
all while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality
and delivering culturally respectful support to the D/deaf and ASL communities.
