- Provide individual therapy to clients with a wide range of mental health issues.
- Collaborate closely with team members to brainstorm creative clinical solutions for clients.
- A motivated and independent self-starter with a sense of humor and a can-do attitude.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Official Clinical Supervision is provided for under-licensed therapists, and ongoing clinical support is provided for all clinicians.

Job Summary and Deliverables
The Specialized Rehabilitation Services (SRS) team provides individualized clinical treatment for underserved adults with a wide range of mental health diagnoses. As an SRS therapist, you will be the clinical heart of a comprehensive, highly skilled, and tight-knit treatment team including SSWs and prescribers to help adults with mental health issues living in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
This is a hybrid position with significant amounts of flexibility. At your clinical discretion, clients may be seen at their facilities or remotely via telehealth if possible. This is a highly independent role where you will provide individual therapy to clients whenever you deem appropriate. You can create your schedule, so you can work days, evenings, or weekends, whatever works for you and your caseload.
