Position: Pharmacist
Location: Fayetteville, TN
Average Daily Census: 15-20 patients
Coverage Hours: 40 hrs/wk, including Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, plus on-call and rotating weekends (every 2 or 3)
Rotating Weekend Coverage: Saturday-Sunday, 8am-12pm
Skills Required: Inpatient, IV
Tennessee State License: Required
Order Entry System: CPSI (experience preferred but not required)
Site Automation: Pyxis (experience preferred but not required)
Site Specialty Areas: Infusion clinic, EMS, hospice services (home-based, all rxs provided by inpatient pharmacy)
Staff Size: 1 DOP, 0.8 FTE staff pharmacist; 3 FTE techs
