Summary
Job Summary
This position involves providing direct clinical care to patients. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and delivering clinical care to assigned patients on each shift and unit level. The role also entails overseeing staff to whom care responsibilities are delegated. Accountable for supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and suitable nursing care, maintaining the competency of clinical staff, and effective resource management in patient care.
Education
Required: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
Preferred: Educational background in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
Certifications
Required: Current licensure, certification, or registration as mandated by state laws, regulations, or policies. CPR certification
