    About the Position:
    Enhance our team as a Process Technician for the 1st shift at Viega.

    • Provides leadership and guidance to team members utilizing extensive process and equipment knowledge.
    • Executes machine changeovers for production runs and ensures machines operate at optimal levels.
    • Focuses on continuous improvement by driving enhancements through the production process.
    • Inspects and maintains tooling before and after production runs, including performing preventive maintenance.
    • Participates in administrative tasks like documenting issues and ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Contributes to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment through various activities.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with health and safety protocols
    • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
    • High school diploma or equivalent
