    We are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to join our growing team.

    You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, focusing on FP&A and its integration with manufacturing processes.

    As a trusted advisor to senior management, you'll provide financial and operational insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance profitability.

    Responsibilities
    Lead the FP&A process, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
    Partner with operations to develop and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
    Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
    Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic business objectives.
    Manage internal controls and ensure the integrity of financial data.
    Partner with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations) to ensure alignment and support business goals.
    Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of tax regulations and principles relevant to the company's industry and operations.
    Collaborate with external tax advisors to ensure tax accuracy and compliance.
    Stay abreast of evolving tax laws and regulations.
    NetSuite expertise will be highly valued. Experience leveraging NetSuite for financial processes, reporting, and data analysis is a plus.
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
    Minimum 5+ years of experience in a financial controller or senior FP&A role.
    Proven experience in manufacturing accounting and cost analysis.
    Strong understanding of FP&A principles and practices (e.g., forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis).
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization.
    Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel).
    Experience with ERP systems Netsuite expertise is a plus.
