Director of EHS

The Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) leads the company's safety performance by integrating culture, technology, data, wellness,and safe work practices. This position focuses on mitigating risks and promoting safety programs.

• Develop health and safety programs at a Company level to reduce occupational injuries and illness.
• Provide strategic vision for environmental health and safety performance consistent with IDC's expectations.

Leverage Expertise

• Serve as an EHS subject matter expert coaching others in business unit operations.

Bachelor Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field is required. Minimum 8 years experience in leading multi-facility operations.
Achieve cultural change through engagement at all levels while maintaining strong relationships with internal constituents

Ideal candidates have bi-lingual capabilitieswith excellent interpersonal skills. Additional competencies include ability to travel domestically up to 50%
