    Required Qualifications
    • Extensive experience with PolyWorks software (Inspector, Modeler) for metrology and 3D scanning applications.
    • Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and precision measurement principles.
    • Hands-on experience with 3D scanning systems, CMMs, or optical measurement tools.
    • Ability to interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and metrology reports.
    • High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in aerospace, medical devices, automotive, or advanced manufacturing.
    • Knowledge of ISO, ASME, or ASTM metrology standards.
    • Familiarity with reverse engineering, digital twin creation, or automated inspection processes.
    • Strong communication skills for technical reporting and collaboration.
