    How you will contribute to enhancing patient lives at Rehab America:

    The Physical Therapist is responsible for directing, evaluating, and delivering top-notch physical therapy services following recognized treatment standards to patients based on the physician's recommendations. Key responsibilities include:

    • Assisting the physician in assessing patients through various diagnostic tests
    • Teaching patients, families, and staff about using specific devices and home exercise routines
    • Collaborating in creating and updating the physician's care plan
    • Recording visit notes promptly and submitting documentation as per company guidelines

    Qualifications/Licensure:

    • Minimum of one (1) year experience, preferably in a hospital or nursing facility setting
    • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
    • Active Registered Physical Therapist License (Mandatory)
    • Valid State Driver's License (Mandatory)
    • Current Auto Liability Insurance in compliance with company regulations (Mandatory)
