Our mentorship is genuine and supportive. Dr. Strahl maintains an open-door policy and is dedicated to helping the right associate grow both clinically and professionally. With access to modern technology, including CBCT and Primescan scanners, you'll be equipped to achieve high-quality outcomes.

This role offers a clear path to ownership, with opportunities for buy-in starting at 2–3 years and full ownership at 10 years. We are looking for someone committed to a long-term role, not just a stepping stone.

Located in historic Snow Hill, Maryland, you'll enjoy a slower pace of life with a lower cost of living compared to major metro areas. Just 15 minutes from Ocean City and Salisbury, you'll have easy access to beaches, dining, and entertainment while enjoying small-town charm.
