    Gpac has partnered with a reputable multi-located retail heavy equipment sales and service company currently seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead their team.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Service Management experience and a proven track record of success in the heavy equipment industry.

    Manage day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, staffing, and customer service.
    Oversee the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
    Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warranty guidelines.
    Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership and support to service technicians.
    Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall business performance and customer satisfaction.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Management, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
    Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
