As the longest-running ABA therapy provider in Indiana since 1997, we are looking for caring and passionate individuals to work with our patients.

With over 300 employees, 11 soon to be 13 ABA centers, clinical research teams, family support resources, an ever-expanding portfolio of community outreach partnerships and an experienced leadership and support team, we are committed to providing patients the highest quality programming and services possible.

*Due to significant growth, we are currently seeking qualified and passionate Behavior Analysts (BCBA-D, BCBA or BCaBA) to work with individuals, staff, and families utilizing the theories and procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis. BCBA provides evidence-based behavior analytic ABA services to assigned patients

Complete individualized ABA assessments for assigned patients
Collect and analyze ABA data by the BCBA
Create and revise functional goals and programs for patients based upon assessments, data collection and observation as well as evidence-based interventions
Supervise and provide ongoing training to behavior therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians
Bachelor's Degree or a Master's Degree per certification level
Quality technical skills and passion for quality services
Organized and flexible
Ability to work with electronic data collection software

Monthly Journal club to review research articles
Individualized training and support from other Behavior Analyst and other specialized clinicians
