    Job Description```Role

    As a Customer Service Representative (also known as Customer Support Specialist, Customer Care Representative), you'll provide exceptional post-sales service to distributors, manage customer inquiries, and maintain product knowledge. You'll also be responsible for documenting and tracking customer interactions using Salesforce, collaborating with other departments for issue resolution, and continuously improving service quality.

    Qualifications
