    Alternate Information System Security Manager (AISSM) Alternate Information System Security Manager (AISSM)Indianapolis, INThis is a multi-faceted information security position requiring a qualified security professional in support of multiple Rolls-Royce Defense programs and support of our corporate security standards across all sites.

    Key Accountabilities:
    Creation and execution of Assessment and Authorization artifacts (System Security Plans (SSP), Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM), etc)

    System self-inspections, continuous auditing, and monitoringSustainment activities (maintenance, hardware/software changes, account creation, assured file transfers, patching, etc)Interface with internal and external customersBasic Requirements:

    Associates Degree with at least 7 years of relevant experienceBachelors degree with at least 5 years of relevant experienceCandidates with no formal degree with be considered with at least 9 years of relevant experienceKnowledge and experience with 32 CFR 117 NISPOM, NIST 800-53/53a, DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG)Working knowledge of MUSA, ISOL and WANsAbility to obtain and maintain active DoD Top Secret security clearance, which requires US citizenshipKnowledge of eMASS to include submission of systemsExperience with Window and Linux OS as well as Virtual Machines/Zero ClientsExperience with monitoring/hardening tools; SPLUNK, NESSUS, SCAPManage time, priorities, analyze problems and provide sound solutions.

    Ability to work in a teaming environment and individually.
    Accurate verbal and communication skills.
