- Participates in team huddles and debriefs with the Assistant Branch Manager.
- Achieves referral goals.
- Supports the Assistant Manager in coaching and mentoring the team on referrals.
- Ensures adherence to cash and security procedures.
- Delivers efficient and friendly service to customers.
- Assists in generating sales and referrals for various financial products.
- Maintains contact with customers through calls to address their needs.
- Assists other branch staff when needed.
- Ensures branch compliance with audit and regulatory procedures.
- Assists in ATM and Night Drop processing.
- Approves daily reports as assigned.
- May have over-draft authority.
- Maintains understanding of bank policies and procedures.
- Performs additional assigned duties.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a teller role required.
- Ability to lead and direct others.
- Knowledge of branch operations preferred.
- Knowledge of bank products and services.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in personal computers and Windows programs.
- May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
