RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support a nonpartisan educational initiative focused on strengthening civic literacy, skills, and participation across schools, workplaces, and communities.
• Manage and execute key project elements for field programs, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met.
• Develop and implement advocacy campaigns that increase civic awareness and engagement.
• Create strategies, workshops, and learning tools to broaden public understanding of civic processes and participation.
• Prepare project reports, memos, and briefing materials for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with partners, stakeholders, and community organizations to support program goals.
• Monitor program progress, evaluate impact, and recommend improvements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, political science, education, communications, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in program management, civic education, public policy, community engagement, or related work
• Demonstrated ability to design, manage, and execute programs or initiatives from start to finish
• Strong writing skills with experience creating reports, memos, presentations, or campaign materials for senior leadership
• Ability to translate complex policy or civic concepts into clear, accessible educational materials
• Experience developing or managing advocacy campaigns, workshops, or community engagement efforts xhmxlyz
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with educators, community partners, and stakeholders
