As a Senior Product Manager at Above Lending, you will be responsible for devising product strategy, prioritizing the product roadmap, partnering with technology and overseeing the execution of high-impact initiatives.

You will Create, manage, and prioritize the product roadmap in order to drive business goalsLead product execution from vision through delivery and iterating on next stepsConduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize business performance and user experienceConduct market research and gather customer and employee feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new product developmentDevelop product requirements and specifications, and work with design and engineering teams to deliver projects on-time and with high qualityAnalyze product and business performance as well as customer and employee feedback to make data-driven decisions about product improvements and inform the product roadmapEnsure that products meet regulatory and compliance requirementsYou have Bachelors degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, or similar (quantitative)Experience querying product data using SQLExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear and concise messagingAbility to work independently and take ownership of projects3+ years product management experienceIf you are looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced fintech company and make a significant impact from day 1, we would love to hear from you.
