    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Staffing Manager located at our awesome office in Burlingame, CA. The Staffing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day recruiting of caregivers, directing other staffing coordinator(s), employee relations, HR management, communication, training, and related recruiting activities. The Staffing Manager will work closely with and directly with the owner to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain staffing levels to meet the needs of our clients.     Duties

    • Recruit, interview and onboard new caregivers
    • Direct the work of other staffing coordinator(s)
    • Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate assessments
    • Schedule and coordinate appointments and work shifts for caregivers
    • Maintain and update employee schedules in our software system
    • Collaborate with HR team to ensure accurate tracking of employee time off and attendance
    • Utilize operational software to manage employee scheduling and payroll
    • Communicate with employees regarding schedule changes, shift swaps, and time-off requests
    • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to employment labor laws

    Qualifications

    • Employee Relations, HR Management, and Communication skills
    • Proficiency in using recruiting and scheduling software
    • Training and Recruiting experience
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience in the healthcare industry or senior care is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
