Key Responsibilities:

Research, write, and organize information professionally.
Conduct interviews with subject matter experts and key stakeholders.
Review products, services, and/or business concepts.
Develop compelling strategies to drive action.
Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
Edit and revise proposals based on feedback.
Maintain consistency in proposal writing following company guidelines and under the direction of the proposal lead.
Collaborate with the design team to produce graphics and visuals for projects.
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Attend meetings and identify opportunities to enhance proposal writing processes.
Deliver presentations to the executive board.
Show proficiency in strategic planning.
Perform other duties as necessary that are not explicitly stated in the job description.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent computer skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, prioritization, and time management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Proposal Writing within the government contracting sector.
