Description
Due to Liberty's continued growth, we are expanding our Sales & Marketing TeamAt Liberty Hospice we understand the unique needs of our patients and families facing terminal illness.
That is why Liberty Hospice provides our hospice patients with state-of-the-art care and pain management services, delivered by our specially trained staff with emphasis on strength, dignity and compassion.
Full TimePerform health care institution and physician office hospice education activities.
Coordinate community hospice education activities.
Requires a bachelor's degree or RN, MSW.
Prefer two years' experience working with home health/hospice, hospitals, physicians, HMO's, outpatient services or social services concerning public relations or office procedures.
If licensed, successful completion from an approved school of nursing or college education.Ability to coordinate the transfer of patients to hospice services, resulting in uninterrupted continued medical care.
Strong interpersonal and telephone skills.
Ability to travel as necessary.
