Job Description
Applicants must be currently certified to teach in CT.
Our Developmental Therapists work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing in-home services to families with children between the ages of birth to three. They assist in evaluating a child's skills across a variety of developmental domains and then use this information to help families best support their children's growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Current CT teaching certification in Early Childhood Special Education required (#112, #113, #065, #165, #265, #055, #059, #057)
- Candidates with an Infant, Toddler, Family Specialist Credential from the Connecticut Birth to Three System with endorsement #123 can be considered for a Developmental Therapy Specialist (DSP)

- Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with others
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must possess a teamwork mindset
- Must be able to translate evaluation/assessment results into interventions

- All staff receive ongoing professional development, training, and support
- Our staff deliver in home supports within a designated region - travel required
- Meetings for professional collaboration are held regularly to help support continuity of supports
