    • Athens, GADescriptionThe Engagement Center Manager (ECM) leads an institution's efforts to connect with alumni, parents and friends of the university; hiring and managing student Engagement Ambassadors (university students who work with RNL as Engagement Ambassadors) and leveraging RNLs engagement platform to deliver personalized outreach to every constituent via text, video, mail, and phone.
    This full-time, salaried career opportunity begins with a new manager training experience to best prepare Engagement Center Managers to lead an on-campus engagement centerEngagement Center Managers are responsible for managing, planning, and organizing the telephone and digital fundraising efforts for the Annual Fund of a host institution.

    Their scope of responsibilities includes development and management of student supervisors (where applicable) and recruiting, hiring and training of Engagement Ambassadors.

    The Engagement Center Manager role is goal-driven with an important need for an entrepreneur driven motivation.

    The autonomy afforded to Engagement Center Managers allows for creativity in management, support for customizing efforts for the specific institution, and building an individual engagement center culture.

    The Engagement Center Manager performs daily, weekly and long-term statistical analysis in an effort to produce strong results for our client partners and meaningful connections with constituents supporting the institution.

    The Engagement Center Manager has an annual salary. Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, disability, and basic life insurance.

    The schedule for this opportunity is unique and accommodates the outreach from our student Engagement Ambassadors. Engagement Center Managers maintain a Sunday
    • Thursday, afternoon and evening schedule, traditionally 12:30 pm 9:30 pm.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
    (not limited to)Creating a strong engagement culture by hiring, leading and developing a team of Engagement Ambassadors and SupervisorsDelivering a strong client experience by engaging daily with our clients and RNL teamLeverage Insights to develop and execute a daily strategy for constituent outreach with our Engagement AmbassadorsMonitor and adjust tactics to achieve client goals, both short and long-termMaintain positive relationships with clients, subordinates, and senior managementManagement of Engagement Center student staff (Engagement Ambassadors)Coordinate program specific support team effortsLeverage RNLs engagement platform to deliver personalized outreach to every constituent via text, video, mail, and phone.

    Recruiting/Interviewing/Training students serving as Engagement Ambassadors and SupervisorsProvide encouraging staff motivation & retentionData analysis and project reporting, including forecasting and projections Setting, meeting, and exceeding goals, tracking progress and statistical trendingSite specific Human Resources Actively monitoring site specific budgetQualificationsPreferred:
    Bachelor's degreeExperience utilizing RNL Engage or CAMPUSCALLEngagement or Calling Center and/or Annual Fund management experienceManagement experience working in a higher education fundraising environmentRequired:Associate's degree or equivalent experience Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficientlyStrong supervisory and leadership ability demonstrated in past work experienceDemonstrated organizational skills that support successful managing of a multi-faceted engagement center and accompanying student staffExcellent spoken and written communication skillsAbility to create and execute a recruitment / staffing plan to fill and maintain the Engagement Ambassador roleMulti-task oriented, with capabilities to effectively execute multiple managerial duties simultaneouslyMust be able to analyze statistics and offer insight into statistical trending of program/project; comfort with mathematics is neededProficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)


    Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficientlyDedication to a unique afternoon and evening schedule (most often Sunday - Thursday, 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm)Valid driver's license, exceptions may be considered for relocation opportunities with accessible, reliable public or private transportation.
