We are looking for ​a Collections Specialist to join our team We are looking for someone that's hungry and willing to do everything possible to bring in as much money from outstanding invoices as possible. You will be responsible for securing billing payments from our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers about unpaid accounts
• Receive and post payment to customer's account
• Email invoices to customers and insurance companies
• Keep records and status of customer's account

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Good to have experience: Working with insurance companies
