    The subsidiary operates in an 132 K sq. ft. production facility with 200employees.
    Job Description

    Develop the company's regular financial reports according to financial reporting procedures and guidelines
    Manage monthly financial closing process for the company
    Ensure accuracy of all financial reporting, including inventory accuracy, in coordination with financial policies and procedures
    Ensure that financial and managerial controls are established and maintained consistent with company requirements
    Coordinate the development of the company's strategic financial plans, annual financial planning and budgeting and financial forecasting
    Establish and maintain cost accounting, inventory control and manufacturing analysis practices consistent with guidelines and procedures
    Responsibility for USGAAPand IFRS monthly statements (balance sheet, income statement, CF)
    Management of the Finance & Accountingteam
    Communication with auditors, tax advisors and relevant state administration authorities
    Participation in the creation of the company's financial plans - monthly, quarterly and yearly
    Develop and implement sox and internal control processes.
    Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA preferred
    At least 10 years' experience in Finance or Accounting in amanufacturing business
    4-5 yearsin a Leadership role
    Expert in MS Office and SAP
    IFRS knowledge a plus
