- Employment Type: Employed position with Sentara Medical Group.
- Shifts: Approximately 18 shifts per month involving OP Pulmonology and IP Critical Care.
- Schedule: Day shifts with night on-call from home, in-house APP coverage, and tele-ICU support. Optional participation in night tele-ICU coverage.
- Facility: 20-bed open, high acuity medical ICU with APP support available both day and night.
- Teaching: Opportunity to engage in teaching medical students.
- Base Salary: Shift-based model starting at $475,000+ per year.
- Performance Incentive: Annual Quality Performance Incentive of up to $30,000.
