    Description

    IT Field Technician is crucial to the maintenance and development of cybersecurity, compliance, and legal directives of the company.
    This role will be assigned specific IT projects by the IT Director spanning all locations and reporting project progress and completion directly to executives within the company.
    IT Field Technician will also be responsible for performing in-house and remote troubleshooting and deploying as a field resource.

    REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • 2 - 4 years of experience as a Helpdesk Technician
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Certified in at least 1 of the following: CompTIA A+, Net+, Sec+, Routing and Switching, CCNA
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Experience managing projects and deploying, managing, and maintaining complex network systems, hardware, and software
    • Experience working independently in a high-profile, high-pressure environment.
    • Experience being the "go-to" person for all technical issues
    • 30 – 50% travel of travel is required (Beverly Hills, Westlake Village, San Diego)
    • California Driver's License and be insurable

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Plan, organize, control, and complete IT Projects
    • Answering support requests sent to the Helpdesk via email, text, and phone calls
    • Maintain, follow, and adhere to Helpdesk policies being implemented by the Helpdesk Manager
    • Report Directly to Executive Staff on Projects assigned by IT Director
    • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
    • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
    • Coordinate efforts with 3rd party IT resources for local support outside Los Angeles
    • Provide technical expertise and assistance for future IT projects
    • Responsible for continuous Customer Service Improvement Planning
    • Deploy and configure desktop computers, laptops and cell phones
    • Manage and support all audio/visual equipment
    • Maintain a high level of professional personal appearance and conduct
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by corporate management

    COMPENSATION: $27.00/ hr.
