    Position Summary:

    UTHealth Houston is looking for a seasonal employee or paid intern to work about twenty hours a week with our project management team that supports Information Technology and Clinical Operations on an enterprise level. Experience with documentation and project plan updates is preferred. You will be working with several software programs to help manage projects. This is a great opportunity to get experience in an environment dealing with clinical information technology.

    Position Key Accountabilities:

    -Workflow documentation (Visio)

    • Project plan updates (Microsoft Project)
    • Communication with Project team members and stakeholders

    -Scheduling meetings

    -Sharepoint online documentation repository additions

    -Note-taking (OneNote)

    -Updates to project server

    Minimum Education:

    Applicants should have some college experience or education in project management.

    Minimum Experience:

    No minimum experience is required, but prefer people who have worked with these software programs.

    Residency Requirement:

    Employees must permanently reside and work in the State of Texas.
