• Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) from a CCNE accredited School of Nursing
• 3-5 years relevant experience; 5 years progressive nursing experience in specified field with preference for demonstrated progression in supervisory responsibilities
• Maryland Registered Nurse License (RN)
• American Heart Association CPR Certification (BLS)
• National Certification preferred within one year of hire
  

IDEAL CANDIDATE IDEALLY, we would prefer local or regionally local candidates (MD, PA, DE, VA, NJ), where a relocation would not be a great distance. Must have critical care (ICU) nursing experience, preferably in a trauma center. Must have ICU or ICUSD nursing leadership experience with staff direct reports, such as prior nurse manager, nursing director, or asst. manager.
Requirements Qualifications Licensure and Certification: RNs, your state license is a must; non-RN candidates should hold relevant certifications (AART, ACVT, RCIS). ACLS and NIMS certification within 6 months of hire.
Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing, radiology, or cardiovascular technology school is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in cardiovascular services, and ideally 2 years of healthcare supervisory experience.
