    Join our team as a Grocery Team Member This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist customers while maintaining the store's organization and cleanliness. Below are the primary responsibilities:

    • Guide customers in locating various products within the store.
    • Ensure that display cases and refrigerators are well-lit and functional.
    • Monitor refrigerator and freezer temperatures to guarantee optimal product quality.
    • Prepare shelves for new merchandise arrivals by cleaning and organizing.
    • Keep the warehouse tidy and organized for efficient operations.
    • Rotate and arrange merchandise effectively on the sales floor.
    • Set up and dismantle product displays as needed.
    • Check expiration dates on all items to ensure product freshness.
    • Organize expired products in the warehouse for supplier credit claims.
    • Display promotional posters for biweekly specials inside and outside the store.
    • Prepare bags of ice for customer purchases.
    • Collect shopping carts from both inside and outside the store for customer convenience.
    • Assist in creating dairy purchase orders with guidance from the store manager.
    • Receive deliveries from various suppliers under the supervision of the store manager.
    • Return misplaced items to their correct locations.
    • Handle all tools and equipment properly to prevent damage to merchandise.
    • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area free from safety hazards.
    • Report any faulty equipment or hazards to management immediately.
    • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the store manager to support team efforts.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
    • Reading ability equivalent to an eighth-grade level.
    • At least 6 months of experience in a stocker role.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
