The HR Business Partner, Corporate Functions (HRBP), will provide HR consultation for the corporate function organizations.The HRBP coaches the leader and their leadership team and provides expertise in the development of the organizational talent strategy, talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, change management, leader effectiveness, performance management, and compensation and rewards.
What you will be doingProvide HR support and executive coaching to senior leaders on Corporate Function Leadership Teams.
Develop and/or drive the People Strategy for the assigned organization to enable the client's business priorities.
Support planning of spin-related activities as required. Lead client reorganization activities and drive organizational change management activities.
Support talent management and organization design activities within assigned client group.
Coach leadership team members to successfully manage cyclical people management processes (talent management, performance management, compensation planning, etc.).
Partner with COEs on strategies and solutions to support and enable talent strategy.
Partner with talent acquisition in support of the organization's workforce plan.
Provide leadership and project management to HR initiatives across Corporate Functions as needed.
Collaborate across HR and with other stakeholders across the organization to resolve needs and generate solutions to enable client's business strategy.
What you bring:
Demonstrated ability to effectively influence and consult with senior leaders
Demonstrated HR functional knowledge in one or more HR disciplines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience navigating and leveraging HR systems and data analytics to support client consultation
Ability to foster collaboration among peers and extended HR organization
Ability to strategically prioritize time and problem solve against most impactful activities and initiatives
Bonus and preferred experience if you have:
Previous strategic HR Business Partner experience
Experience working in organizations undergoing transformation
Experience working in global organizations

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation.
The pay range for this full-time position is $145, $245,120.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
