    Description
    ARServices is seeking a Program Manager (PM) for a Navy Finance Management program


    You will:

    • Plan, direct, and ensure the success of a Navy Financial Management Program
    • Experience with overseeing the entire program and project lifecycle
    • Lead teams supporting different program offices
    • Ensure the program meets technical and management milestones
    • Expertise in controlling schedules, budgets, and costs for programs and projects
    • Meet with contract representatives to discuss the health and status of the program
    • Deliver monthly and quarterly deliverables to the contract leadership
    • Serve as a leader during the transition-in period
    • Track and review time tracking and labor data
    • Strategize and direct program direction to program staff and task leads
    • Provide expertise into the Navy PPBE and POM Development process
    • Create position descriptions and assist in the recruiting process for open positions on the program
    • Review and provide feedback to major technical deliverables
    • Provide leadership to train and direct multi-discipline teams Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree 15+ years experience supporting Navy combat systems
    • Communication and Briefing Skills at the Senior Executive Service/Flag level

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA III in Program Management
    • Conceptual knowledge of U.S. Navy Combat Systems
    • Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case, Admin, and Building Partner Capacity Funding Experience
    • Experience with cost, schedule and performance as it relates to program execution
    • Program and Personnel Management
    • Demonstrated Expertise in Financial Management
    • Experience working in a program office or PEO at a Navy Systems Command
    • Program Management experience running a large support services contract with multiple subcontractors
    • Demonstrated Knowledge of DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process)
    • Minimum Secret Clearance Required
