Job summary
The Senior Property Manager will oversee all aspects of property management for Coleman House and Opus Newton communities including daily operations employee and resident relations regulatory compliance and site services programs. They will collaborate with other departments to recommend policy ensure HUD compliance meet ongoing expectations related to finance maintenance programming occupancy community relations and resident services.The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for managing the impact of construction or capital improvement projects on residents listening to their concerns providing timely communication ensuring they know the executive director is their advocate. Additionally they will oversee all site-based services programs within Coleman House maintain knowledge awareness of current relevant state federal housing policies provide conflict management related resident concerns relations lead on-site renovation project initiatives etc manage applicant interviews confirm resident eligibility in accordance with compliance guidelines supervise office staff responsible invoices receivables office supplies vendor management oversee maintenance apartment turnovers work orders develop monitor budget actuals etc.
