Job Title: Mental Health Clinician

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate mental health clinician to provide high-quality care to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting initial evaluations, medication management, and ongoing therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial evaluations, including comprehensive assessments and treatment planning
Provide ongoing therapy sessions, as well as medication management and monitoring
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account co-occurring disorders and complex mental health needs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic medical record system
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, therapists, and case managers

Requirements:

Board eligibility or licensure in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work)
2+ years of experience working with seriously mentally ill young adults, preferably in an outpatient setting
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

Work Environment:

This role is based in an outpatient mental health clinic, serving a diverse client population. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with individuals who have co-occurring disorders, substance abuse issues, and serious mental illness.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience

Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan options

Estimated Salary: $72,500 per year
