    Applications Engineer

    Key Features of this Position :
    Interact with many audiences.

    variety in tasks, location, objectives

    obtain training on innovative products and solutions at the forefront of the industry.

    educate others on RaDD products and solutions.

    create estimates for each customer's unique bill of materials.

    coordinate fulfillment of products and solutions along with RaDD's team

    help solve customer's unique challenges.

    Job Overview

    educate/train our distribution partners, end users, contractors, and engineering/design firms on RaDD
    products and solutions.

    Introduce and educate customers on RaDD's

    product offerings/solutions, assist them with creating a cost-effective network design utilizing RaDD's products.

    support RaDD at tradeshows.

    Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    Prior experience in fiber optic network designs and/or construction.

    Prior field experience with the installation and splicing of fiber optic networks, or management of, is desired.

    Valid driver's license.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Proficient personal computing / hand-held technology skills.

    Analytical, organizational, and planning skills.

    Supervisory, training, interpersonal and leadership skills.

    Process and detail oriented.

    Self-starter; results/goal oriented.

    Ability and willingness to learn.

    Other Job Features
