    Mendocino Community Health Center (MCHC) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Care for Her (CFH) Service Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to facilitate efficient operations of Care for Her, while managing and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of MCHC corporate documents, employees, and patients. The CFH Service Coordinator will also assist the CFH Manager with maintaining and creating Care for Her provider scheduling templates in the EHR, updating monthly Excel schedule, and faxing monthly call schedules. Additionally, the CFH Service Coordinator will provide support and data collection for current grants, QIP measures, UDS required documentation, and assist with Pap, Mammogram and Perinatal tracking in current reporting system, such as, I2I (including OB transfers).

    Requirements:

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum of two-year college degree and three to four years experience in a commensurate position in a professional environment or equivalent experience and/or education
    • One to three years experience in customer relations, preferably in the medical field
    • Possess general office organization skills (includes the ability to multitask)
    • Professional experience in: Social media/marketing, data reporting
    • Excellent skills in MS Office (MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint)

    PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bilingual (English /Spanish)
