Padagis is looking for a Demand Analyst to be responsible for handling unit forecasting and inventory planning processes to meet customer service fill rate targets.

Note: This is a hybrid workplace eligible position open to three (3) days per week in the office and two days (2) per week remote work. This position can be based in Wyoming, MI or Allegan, MI.

Duties:

Establish unconstrained unit forecasts by analyzing customer order trends, monitoring for awards/losses, and reviewing market share growth/decline.
Prompt review and communication of abnormalities in forecasted demand to minimize supply chain impact.
Set sound strategic inventory stock targets, based on cross-functional input.
Support the Business Planning Manager with setting sales planning projections by providing guidance on changes seen in assigned product families.
Assist sales team by supplying lead-time required to support new business at top customers. Deliver routine or ad-hoc product reports using office suite software (such as Excel or PowerPoint) and/or data visualization software (such as PowerBI) to ensure management has the information available to make critical business decisions.
Support continuous improvement projects focused on time savings, data integrity or a lean focus.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
Strong analytical mindset and use data to problem solve.
Ability to make sense of large amounts of data.
