    SCOPE/CONTACTS:
    Development of new business and retention of current accounts.

    Consequence of errors - litigation, loss of income to customer and Company, loss of account, loss of confidence and reputation, criticism by examiners and /or auditors are extremely important.

    Other contacts will be customers, prospective customers and other officers and employees. Outside contacts - attorneys, accountants, insurance agents, internal revenue service representatives, land men, customers, and prospects etc.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Incumbent is responsible for the development of this office which includes becoming extremely involved in the involved in the communities in this area.
    • Actively participate in the Customer Service First program, support the values of the organization and follow established policies and procedures.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Accounting or finance degree is required, legal degree is preferred.
    • Eight years of trust management experience is also required.
    • Salesmanship, knowledge, confidence, human relation skills and communication techniques are requisite.
    • Position demands accuracy, attention to detail, selfmotivation, dedication and imagination.
    • Professional demeanor, excellent communications is essential to this position.
