    What You Will Do:

    • Process and expedite sales orders, quotes, and leads
    • Assist with counter sales and other support tasks as instructed
    • Support both inside and outside sales teams
    • Encourage additional sales
    • Contribute to enhancing inventory and gross margin
    • Promote sales programs and initiatives from the Service Center
    • Provide inventory recommendations and assist Will Call customers
    • Perform other assigned duties

    What You Will Bring:

    • Dedication to customer service
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience and product knowledge in the electrical industry
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
    • Effective record-keeping and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Adobe, Word, Outlook, and Excel
    • Capability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize
    • Commitment to precision and getting tasks right the first time

    Physical Requirements and Work Environment

    • Frequent phone and computer usage
    • Standing and lifting (up to 50lbs) to support counter sales
    • Typical 40-hour workweek, with occasional evening and weekend shifts based on business needs
    • Prompt and consistent on-site attendance
