    Compensation:

    $19.59

    Available Shifts:

    • 1st shift: 4a.m. - 12p.m.
    • 2nd shift: 12p.m. - 8p.m.
    • 3rd shift: 8p.m. - 4a.m.

    Job Description:

    Job Description Summary:

    This role focuses on the skill set required for standard laborers.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:

    • Ability to identify basic springs
    • Accurate, legible, and timely completion of production reports
    • Knowledge of crate identification
    • Understanding general quality requirements and compliance
    • Familiarity with QAM requirements
    • Performing additional duties as assigned by management

    Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Understanding of general plant practices, floor layout, and procedures
    • Knowledge of quality requirements and QAM
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to work well in a team
    • Strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies
    • Quick learner with the capability to immediately apply new skills

    Qualifications:

    To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

    Education/Experience:

    High School diploma or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment

    Language:

    Ability to read and interpret quality requirements, production schedules, shipping/receiving reports, and communicate effectively with colleagues

    Reasoning Ability:

    Capable of applying common sense, quick thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving under time constraints

    Physical Demands:

    The job involves standing, walking, using hands, reaching, stooping, lifting up to 25 lbs, talking, and more

    Work Environment:

    Employees may encounter wet/hot conditions, work near moving parts, and loud noise in the work environment
