    Description

    Blue Rose is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support our work with a federal client in San Antonio, TX. This is a Remote role. This role is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.

    Successful candidates are required have an Active or Interim Secret Security Clearance.

    In this role you will:

    + Be responsible for the technical build and delivery of a custom and modernized system

    + Develop the back-end and the Service Portal

    + Work with a dynamic and energetic team of 4

    + Become familiar with the ServiceNow instance and functionality, and hit the ground running performing development work in the environment.

    + Be detail oriented, problem solve independently, manage multiple streams of work concurrently, be proactive, work with other developer team members, and display strong commitment and ownership of work

    + Develop ServiceNow functionality based on detailed functional designs

    + Support integration to external systems and conversion of migrated data from the legacy system

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Candidates must have:

    + 4+ years Service Portal development experience, including:

    + Experience with Bootstrap, AngularJS, SCSS, and JavaScript

    + 5+ years ServiceNow development experience, including:

    + Experience with the Service Catalog module and creating custom applications with CreateNow

    + Experience creating request forms, developing integration with external systems, implementing security (including Access Control Lists), and enhancing the user interface to provide a custom look and feel

    + Ability to implement moderate to complex custom widgets and backend scripting

    + Quick learner that can independently problem solve, balance multiple work streams concurrently, and work collaboratively with the team to release system functionality quickly and with high quality

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Integration experience

    + Experience with custom backend scripting (to include: business rules)

    Education:

    + Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree plus 3 additional years experience

    Salary: $135,000-$145,000, Dependent on Experience
