Job summary
As Manufacturing Technician II you will implement all processes in production while strictly following cGMP environmental health and safety guidelines any applicable related regulations You will have technical administrative competence to organize lead production activities participate both departmental projects quality working teams may applicable Responsibilities include assisting movement product between different stages inspection packaging within value stream In this role you may act line lead ensure line operates smoothly keeps daily goals Document process activities routers electronic batch management system EBM Report Supervisor Manufacturing Work am pm rotating schedule
Responsibilities
- Maintain safe quality working environment Participate Continuous Improvement Teams Support manufacturing operations Lead Manufacturing Technicians I daily tasks Operate general production equipment Downstream Automated Packaging DAP lines forklifts hoists Move pallets different rooms within value stream Communicate work cross-functionally other departments Receive distribute supplies production area Follow cGMP environmental health safety guidelines any other regulations Complete relevant paperwork electronic system prompts/tasks GDP/GMP guidelines Perform daily cleaning production area maintain GMP fashion Train new existing employees/contractors procedures Communicate issues related safety quality compliance equipment manufacturing lead operator supervisor May perform duties assigned enable team success contribute toward professional development
