Are you a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist with a passion for working in school settings? Your next rewarding career move is here We are currently seeking a qualified professional to join our team in a full-time school-based Physical Therapist position, providing services to students from PreK-12. Pediatric or school experience is required.

Position: School-Based Physical Therapist
Location: South Chicago, IL

Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services to students from PreK-12 in a school setting.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
State licensure or eligibility for licensure.
Pediatric or school-based experience is required.
Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
