Job Summary And Qualifications
Schedule:
4/10s, Monday-Thursday. No weekends or holidays required.

The Medical Office Specialist overseen on-clinical activities in the health care facility, which include staffing, budgeting, customer service and inventories. Their  duties are ordering supplies, managing marketing operations, recruiting and supervising staff, and managing patient admission procedures.

What you will do in this role:

• You will assist the department staff by providing efficient clerical and other office duties under the direction of the department supervisor, as well as the department director.
• You will provide administrative services necessary for the care of the patient, and in support of the mission of the facility.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Above average customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively by phone or email required.
• Microsoft Office experience required. Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance authorization and Meditech strongly preferred.
