    Business Analyst # A leading tech company is seeking a Business Analyst. The successful candidate will assist with onboarding and migrating to new DAM platform (Digital Asset Management). The ideal candidate had worked with AEM platform, from Sites to Assets.

    Leading technology and data solutions company (Remote, Candidates must be located in the United States)W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program40 hours/week, 5 Month AssignmentBusiness Analyst ResponsibilitiesManage request intake through ADO, follow up with customers on requirement gathering as needed, and assign tasks and to other team members.

    Complete customer requests that are delivered through our project management tool (ADO).Review the dashboard and provide project status updates in tool and in sync meetings.

    Manage timeline on special projects and Assets Governance Team assignments.
    Uphold DAM strategy by working with customers.
    Creation/management of requests submitted to engineering for semester planning in coordination with customers and the Assets Governance team.
    Lead Office Hours and Feature Training Sessions for tenants.
    Support Working Group sessions for Tenant Librarian Leads.
    Create and update governance documentation, training, and the MarTech Portal as identified by the Assets Governance Team.
    Advocate for DAM strategy through training delivery and continuous Assets education to customers.

    Discovery calls and onboarding support for assigned white glove customers to collect business requirements and customization needs beyond out-of-the-box implementation.

    Assets Governance Team representative to assigned customers currently on the platform, continuous support provided to large-scale implementation customers.

    Work with engineering and migration PMs (Project Managers) to align on migration timelines and submit engineering requests, schedule check-ins with tenant teams to provide updates.

    Customization of the AEM Assets platform based on customer requirements (folder creation, metadata schema property management, image profile creation and management, search schema modification, etc.).Business Analyst Qualifications8+ years of Asset Migration experience.5+ years of experience with AEM Assets.

    Digital asset management background.
    Prior Adobe experience.
    Had worked with a large company.
